The pro-activity of the team at ITP was incredibly impressive. The team did not wait to be asked to investigate issues, but were leading the accessibility work with very minimal direction.

Mital Patel - London Councils

They [the ITP project team] were excellent with their engagement of stakeholders, knowledge of the brief and communications.

Jim Tan - Luton Borough Council

Chris Hutchinson - Somerset County Council

When a project leader calls you from the airport minutes from flying off on holiday to check that all is OK then you KNOW you are dealing with VERY thorough people.

Martin Rowe - Worcestershire County Council

Truly professional, proactive and outcome-focussed. A total breath of fresh air.

Wendy Sykes - Independent Social Research

ITP can always be relied on to say really sensible things and you are always knowledgeable, inventive, open-minded and infectiously enthusiastic.

Rasita Chudasama - Nottingham City Council

Thank you Neil Taylor and Emma Taylor in gathering, making sense of and providing a meaningful summary of the success of the Nottingham LSTF programme. We couldn’t have done it without their enthusiasm, objectivity and keen eye for detail.

Steff Jones - Suffolk County Council

I don’t think Steph, Jon and the wider team could have improved on their performance. We are very grateful and fortunate to have ITP’s support.
