As an independent consultancy ITP is proud to attract some of the brightest minds in transport planning and research. We believe we do better work by learning from each other’s knowledge and skills, as well as those of our clients and partners.  

We have purposefully established an environment where everyone is encouraged to question accepted wisdom, and be curious about sustainable mobility.

Recognising the importance to both individuals and long-term company sustainability for progression to come from within, we invest heavily in our team. In-house mentoring and training ensures individuals can discuss professional opportunities and challenges with senior colleagues, while personal training budgets afford access to external professional and technical development.

The success of our approach is reflected by the fact few people choose to leave - giving us a stable and familiar team.
