news: ​You wait ages for a bus expert… then three come along at once!

We're pleased to announce the expansion of our Public Transport team with Denise Faber, Peter Hardy and Tatum Houlston joining from SYSTRA Ltd.  With a combined 50 years of public transport project experience, their arrival adds a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our existing team of sustainable urban mobility experts.

With operational experience in both conventional and community transport, Denise brings a holistic view of the UK public transport market. 

Her experience in concessionary travel administration and management adds to ITP’s existing knowledge, and cements our place as one of the leading UK consultancies in this field.

Peter Hardy, Technical Director 

With unparalleled knowledge of the transport planning industry; comprising policy & strategy, community transport, rural mobility service planning, total transport integration, public transport network design and efficiency reviews, Peter is joining ITP as a Technical Director.  His active involvement with the Association of Transport Co-ordinating Officers (ATCO), and role as a Board trustee of the Community Transport Association (CTA), means he has extensive experience and understanding of the UK’s rapidly evolving public transport market.

Tatum Houlston, Senior Consultant

Tatum will help to manage and deliver projects, particularly in the area of concessionary travel where she has gained recognition through her work with Denise. 

Tatum’s previous role as an Active Travel Adviser for Transport for the West Midlands also strongly complements ITP’s established travel behaviour change team.
